Harness Up!

"Harness Up!" gives visitors an opportunity to interact with the Remington horses as stable staff demonstrate how they ready a team of horses for their day, hook them up to a carriage and then describe the science involved in pulling a carriage.  Program participants get to try it themselves with a chance to harness a fiberglass horse and are then treated to a carriage ride.

Don't miss this unique experience!  The "Harness Up!" program is 90 minutes long with a cost of $30 for adults and seniors, $20 for youth (ages 7-17) and $100 for a family (2 adults and up to six youth).   There is no fee for children six and under to participate. Program fee includes admission to the museum.

"Harness Up!" begins at 9:15am and runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from July 18 through August 31, 2023.
